New Acupuncture Patients:**

• MUST book an Initial acupuncture appointment.
• First visit requires a $30 deposit that can be applied to your new patient appointment fee.
• First visit includes a brief health history and acupuncture treatment, if suitable.
• After booking, check your email for intake papers to be completed BEFORE your visit.
• We operate on cash/card payments only, with no insurance claims processed. FSA/HSA also accepted. Patient will be provided a receipt via email upon payment and can be provided a “super bill”, if requested, for possible insurance re-imbursement to be submitted by patient.

Returning Clients: - Please give a minimum of 6-hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations, or a $15 fee will be charged.
