New Clients:

• MUST book a Initial chiropractic or acupuncture appointment.
• First visit requires a $30 deposit that goes toward your new patient appointment fee.
• First visit includes a chiropractic adjustment or acupuncture treatment if suitable.
• After booking, check your email for intake papers to be completed before your visit.
• We operate on cash/card payments, with no insurance claims processed. FSA/HSA Accepted. Patient will be provided a receipt via email upon payment and can be provided a “super bill”, if requested, for possible insurance re-imbursement.

Returning Clients: - Please give a minimum of 6-hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations, or a $15 fee will be charged.
