New Clients:
- MUST book a Initial chiropractic or acupuncture appointment.
- First visit requires a $30 deposit that goes toward your new patient appointment fee.
- First visit includes a chiropractic adjustment or acupuncture treatment if suitable.
- After booking, check your email for intake papers to be completed before your visit.
- We operate on cash/card payments, with no insurance claims processed. FSA/HSA Accepted. Patient will be provided a receipt via email upon payment and can be provided a “super bill”, if requested, for possible insurance re-imbursement.
Returning Clients: - Please give a minimum of 6-hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations, or a $15 fee will be charged.

This service is available to those within a 20-mile radius of the Indianapolis area (please contact us if outside this region). It is designed for busy professionals, parents, and anyone looking for personalized care in their preferred setting and allows you to prioritize your health without disrupting your schedule.
